The National Testing Agency (NTA) is pleased to announce the opening of the online application portal for the UGC-NET December 2024 session. This examination determines eligibility for:

• Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor
• Appointment as Assistant Professor
• Admission to Ph.D. programs

1. Application Period:
   • Start Date: 19th November 2024
   • End Date: 10th December 2024 (11:50 PM IST)
2. Examination Fee Payment:
   • Last date for fee payment: 11th December 2024 (11:50 PM)
3. Application Correction Window:
   • 12th to 13th December 2024 (up to 11:50 PM)
4. Examination Dates:
   • 1st January 2025 to 19th January 2025
   • Exam center, date, and shift will be mentioned on the admit card.
5. Fee Structure:
   • General/Unreserved: ₹1150/-
   • General-EWS/OBC-NCL: ₹600/-
   • SC/ST/PwD: ₹325/-
